A little information about our Company

Polly P. Brooks has been working in and around the Chattanooga Area for nearly 25 years.  She began in the construction industry when she was in her early twenties designing and building spec houses with her mother Margaret (Tussa) H. Brooks.  She and her mother were very hands on contractors.  They both were on the construction crews and performed just about every aspect of labor that is involved in the construction of a new home.  Polly P. Brooks and Company was established in 1986.

Polly soon began renovation processes on older homes taking a 100 year old house and reworking the wiring, plumbing, refinishing floors and wood trim and adding new kitchens and bathrooms.  There is great reward in returning a home to the beautiful splendor that the house once knew.  Working on existing older homes has become one of Polly's Trademarks. 

Not only is she well know for her older home renovation performance she is equally experienced in new kitchen design and building as well as room additions.  Polly has extensive abilities to help you with your home improvement and remodeling needs.
